To all the players, officials, coaches and spectators, your health and safety is our priority. Our centres will continue to be open and matches will currently go ahead as fixtured. This is an environment where changes can happen quickly and we will continue to monitor official advice and be led by it. Anyone attending our centres is encouraged to follow government advice: wash your hands with soap and water - for at least 20 secs, use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when you cough or sneeze, put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards, try and avoid shaking hands with people, wash your hands after touching handrails, door handles and other hard surfaces, do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean, For the very latest information on developments and health advice, please view the NHS and GOV.UK websites.

Come & Try Netball or Basketball this year

Looking to improve your activity levels? Why not try one of our Netball or Basketball "come 'n' try sessions"? All centres run them weekly, for adults and juniors, so give your local centre a call for more details. We run leagues for adults and juniors and can easily get you playing with a team.

Winter Season 19/20 team registration now open

If you want to enter a team in one of our junior or senior netball or basketball leagues, registration documents are now available from your local centre. Our winter leagues start from Mon 21st Oct.

Get active in 2019 at a Sport for all Centre

Want to get more active in 2019? We run come and try sessions for netball and basketball at all of our centres. No experience is needed, we cater for all abilities from novice players to those who are more experienced. From walking basketball and netball through to our adult and junior netball and basketball leagues there are plenty of playing opportunities. Contact your local centre for more information.

Our Come & Try sessions for basketball and netball are still proving to be an excellent introduction to playing sport. So why not contact your local centre to see what the opportunites are for you to start playing basketball or netball?


Wanted…. netball & basketball coaches to join our bank of community coaches.

If you enjoy working with children, have a level two coaching qualification in basketball or netball, we are looking for additional coaches to help deliver our after school and satellite sports sessions. This work would suit someone who is available early to late afternoon, has their own transport and has experience of delivering sports sessions. Get in touch if you want to boost your income. Successful start to the season for adult basketball leagues

Now in it's second full season the Oldham centre men's basketball league is going from strength to strength with additional teams joining for the winter season, there is a good level of competition for all teams. This is reflected across all four centres where players and teams are on the increase. For more information about joining your nearest basketball league contact your local centre.

Warrington come and try sessions

Warrington come and try sessions are fantastic. I have only been attending for 3 weeks and my netball skills have improved a lot.


Former Great Britain women’s basketball team captain at Bury centre
