Junior Club Team Registrations (invoiced clubs only)

Use this form to submit your team entries for the New Upcoming Season.

Please register your teams by selecting existing teams currently on the system and updating team names and/or leagues where required (for example, Team A U14s progressing to Team A U15s).

Once submitted, we will manually process your registrations and invoice your club for the applicable team entry fees.

Please submit one form per club covering all teams by the published deadline.

If you need to amend your submission, please submit a new form containing all teams again, as only the most recent submission will be used.
