JUNIOR NETBALL CLUB TEAMS ENTRY FORM (BURY)

This form is for junior netball clubs to enter their full list of teams for the summer season 2024. This form should be completed and returned no later than Monday 22nd January 2024. If you submit a form and need to make changes, please reissue a full new form no later than Monday 22nd January with all teams relisted. We will not accept individual team entries on this form. Normal team entry forms will also need completing after this and handing in to the Centre with all registered players listed.

NOTE: preferred division is requested for indication only. We will also look at results from the winter season to help place teams.

NOTE: Regional prem / div 1 is only available for under 12s and above. All primary school age groups are normal localised divisions. Only a select number of teams will be selected to enter the regional elite leagues and other teams will be allocated to their local venues.
